Lars Forster says goodbye to SCOTT SRAM
The SCOTT SRAM team and Swiss cyclist Lars Forster have just announced that they will not continue together in 2023. It was one of the rumors that had been heard for weeks but the truth is that it has come as a surprise to many.
Lars Forster says goodbye to SCOTT SRAM MTB Racing
"Last day with SCOTT SRAM. A big THANK YOU for all the people involved in the team and supported me the last four years! We could celebrate many things, on and off the bike." This is how Lars Forster said goodbye on social networks to the team with which he has been racing since 2019 and with which he has won such important titles as the Cape Epic and the Snowshoe World Cup, in 2019, or the XCO European Championship in 2021.
For its part, SCOTT SRAM also had a word of thanks for the Swiss rider: "It's always emotionally difficult to say goodbye to an athlete with who we have had such great moments together over the years. We will keep great memories of the four years Lars was with us. We would like to thank him from the heart for all he did for us, including winning the European Champion title, the Cape Epic and Swiss Epic. We wish him all the best for his future career."
