Kate Courtney will race with her own team in 2025
The American Kate Courtney was one of the signings that we had pending to fit for 2025 after her departure from the SCOTT SRAM team. She has just announced that next season she will compete with her own team called She Sends Racing in honor of her foundation.
Kate Courtney will compete with her own team in 2025: She Sends Racing
The former XCO world champion in 2018 has decided to start a new path in competition and after her time with SCOTT SRAM, in 2025 she will compete with her own structure. There are still many doubts to discover, such as who her sponsors are or if she will have more teammates, but for now she has already announced that it will be called She Sends Racing and will take over the legacy of her own foundation She Sends where she works to seek "support and inspire women and girls through mountain biking."
This is how Kate Courtney presented her new stage on social media:

Welcome to She Sends Racing
When I line up at the first World Cup of this season, the name of my foundation will be on my jersey. And its mission will be at the center of everything I do.
Creating my own structure is one of the hardest things I have tried to do, but I believe there is magic in pursuing high performance with a purpose.
I want to be able to look back on my career and know that I gave it my all to try to win at the highest level. But I also want to know that I did it in a way that inspired more women and girls to dream big, take risks, and send it.
Competing for my own team is definitive. And it has taken the work of many hands and hearts to make this vision a reality.
In the coming days, I will introduce my sponsors one by one. They are brands driven by a mission that shares my values and are made up of people I am delighted to work with and represent. They have bet on me. And on the value of getting more girls riding bikes.
