INEOS continues to sign Spanish talent and secures Pablo Castrillo for 2025

A few days ago, in the tough stage of Sierra Nevada of La Vuelta 2024, he surprised by getting into the breakaway and knowing how to hold on with the best until practically the end. We are talking about Pablo Castrillo, the latest gem from the traditional Navarrese quarry formed by Lizarte and, in recent years, Kern Pharma and on whom the entire INEOS Grenadiers has set their sights.

The rumors of signings continue in this final part of the season and, the latest to be involved in them, has been the young cyclist from Kern Pharma, Pablo Castrillo who surprised everyone with his great performance in last Sunday's stage of La Vuelta 2024 in which he got into the breakaway and, when it was selected and cut off, he was still able to hold on to the wheel of a unleashed Richard Carapaz and, later, when he was caught by the group of favorites, he knew how to resist to reach the finish line in Granada among the best.

Today, several media outlets are reporting on the possible signing of the Huesca native by the INEOS Grenadiers at the end of this season when his contract with Kern Pharma ends. For now, there is no confirmation beyond the cliché "where there's smoke, there's fire" and it would fit into the philosophy that the British team has been applying in recent years by sowing for the future with the incorporation of young cyclists with great potential.
