Gobik becomes the official kit of the XCO World Cup, and each event will have exclusive kits
The Spanish brand Gobik takes a further step in its international positioning within mountain biking after closing a long-term agreement with the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series. The company will be the official supplier of technical equipment in the cross-country disciplines for the next three seasons, consolidating its presence in the highest level circuit of XCO and XCC.
Gobik will dress the XCO of the World Cup in a long-term agreement
The agreement is not limited to simple brand visibility. Gobik will be responsible for the technical equipment in all World Cup events of short track and Olympic, a terrain that fits with its identity based on performance, intensity, and technical precision. The brand thus reinforces an already established trajectory within MTB, where it currently outfits several teams in the international circuit.

One of the key points of this alliance is the direct activation with fans, an approach increasingly present in the championship's strategy. In each round of the World Cup, the audience will be able to vote for the best rider of the event in both men's and women's categories, taking into account the combined performance in XCC and XCO. Voting will take place during live broadcasts via QR codes, introducing a real-time interactive component that directly connects what happens in the race with the audience.

The chosen cyclists will receive an exclusive jersey designed specifically for each event, accompanied by a cash prize. Additionally, one of the participating fans will be awarded a signed replica, reinforcing the bond between riders, the brand, and the community that the organization seeks to enhance in this new stage of the championship.
This program will also lead to a limited collection of technical garments associated with each round of the World Cup, which will be available both in the fan zones of each venue and through the brand's official channels.

From Gobik, they emphasize that the agreement responds to a strategic bet to be present at the highest competitive level of MTB, while the organization highlights the value of incorporating a brand with a history within the circuit and the ability to provide new forms of interaction with the public.
The debut of this collaboration will take place at the first event of the season in YongPyong, South Korea, a start that also marks the return of the MTB World Cup to Asia after 25 years.
