Formula 1 and cycling united in this Pierre Gasly X Van Rysel
Decathlon expands its list of ambassadors with the addition of Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly, for whom they have prepared an RCR-F with a spectacular customization inspired by the colors of his Alpine car. A bicycle with which Van Rysel seeks the same as his team in each race: to cross the finish line as quickly as possible.
This is the Van Rysel RCR-F that Pierre Gasly will use to be in top form
It is no news that cycling is an essential part of the physical preparation of Formula 1 drivers as it allows them to gain the necessary endurance to withstand the physical demands they face throughout a Grand Prix weekend, with constant training sessions and the final race.
That is why among the sponsors of many drivers are bike brands. Decathlon has not wanted to miss the opportunity to have the tremendous visibility that the Formula 1 circus provides and has reached an agreement with the French driver of the Alpine team, Pierre Gasly.

Obviously, being a Formula 1 driver, the chosen bike could not be other than the Van Rysel RCR-F, Decathlon's aerodynamic machine, presented a few months ago and with intense aerodynamic work behind it by the expert laboratory Swiss Side.
A Van Rysel RCR-F that has been personalized for Pierre Gasly using a color scheme similar to the one used by the Alpine team for which the French driver competes, where the bright blue with glitter is combined with the pink color that dresses its front part in the stem and fork. Finally, the rear part is left in visible carbon as a kind of tribute to the material that has made F1 cars the fastest rolling machines in the world. The customization is completed with Pierre Gasly's personal logo and the driver's signature occupying the top of the top tube.
Of course, the assembly of Pierre Gasly's Van Rysel RCR-F is completely top of the range, including the integrated RCR x Deda handlebar, Swiss Side Hadron2 Ultimate 625 wheels, and a transmission with the SRAM Red AXS group.
