Decathlon launches its repurchase service and pays by transfer
There are already many bike shops that offer the service of buying your old bike when we go to buy a new one, but Decathlon Spain goes a step further and now offers this service for all its sports equipment and will make payment by bank transfer.
The manufacturer ensures that the process is easy, fast, and secure. Simply register on their website to obtain a price estimate for repurchase and then physically take it to their nearest store. Or the entire process can also be done in-store. In the sale, an immediate payment order will be made, and the customer will receive the money in their bank account within a range of 30 minutes to 48 hours, depending on the bank.

Decathlon Spain already has this service active in all its stores for all products that are in good condition for cycling, fitness, camping, winter and water sports, or tennis and paddle, among others.
This was explained by Adrián Hervella, Chief Sustainability Officer of Decathlon Spain: "This service represents a key innovation within the retail sector, differentiating us as the first company in the sector to offer direct payment to our users. This proposal reinforces our strong commitment to the circular economy, a strategic axis that drives a business model with less environmental impact. At Decathlon, we will continue working on the development of differentiating services that encourage our customers to reuse products, thus promoting a more responsible consumption."
