Valero debuts a new BH Lynx Race prototype in Lenzerheide
With the BH Lynx Race, Valero has achieved the best achievements of his sporting career so far, and it seems that the number 1 in the UCI ranking is being part of the development of the next evolution of the model. These are the first images of what looks like the prototype of the BH Lynx Race 2024.
A prototype of the BH Lynx Race 2024 has been spotted
The images are taken directly from the paddock of the BH Coloma Team at the XCO World Cup in Lenzerheide. And this bike is no less than the mountain bike with which Valero has been training and with which it seems that he will race this weekend, although we could see the rest of the team also riding with the same prototypes.

We look back at all the results at the MTB events in the Olympic Games, from Atlanta 1996 to Tokyo 2021
The only information we have of this prototype is what we can extract from the images and in them we can see that the general silhouette of the current BH Lynx Race is maintained but with some important changes. The general feeling is that it has gained in stiffness by oversizing just the areas that are now covered by these geometric patches typical in prototypes, the headset, bottom bracket and bottom bracket and junction between stays and chainstays.
It seems clear that both the frame profiles, the shock absorber linkage and the rear triangle are new, but we do not know if it will keep the current geometry, if it will go for some of the more radical trends of today's XC or if it will stay in the middle ground.
