Van der Poel is already training in his new rainbow jersey

A few weeks ago, Mathieu van der Poel saw how Tadej Pogacar stripped him of the rainbow jersey of Road World Champion, but the Dutchman only needed a few days to get another new one that this time recognizes him as Gravel World Champion.

Van der Poel debuts the rainbow jersey while training

Van der Poel will no longer be able to wear his rainbow jersey when training or competing on the road, but he can still wear it in cyclocross and gravel. And it was just during a track training session where we could see him with it for the first time.

After a few days away from the bike after winning the Gravel World Championship, Van der Poel has returned to ride with his friend Freddy Ovett, just before we see him at the La Nucía Cycling International Criterium this same weekend.
