The exclusive Pinarello Dogma F worth €20,000 belonging to Jorge Martín has been stolen

The recent Moto GP Grand Prix of Valencia, which was already marked by the hasty return of Jorge Martín after his last injury in Japan, ended with an unexpected setback for the Madrid rider. While Aprilia was finalizing the season and preparing for Tuesday's tests, someone managed to steal one of the most valuable bicycles in the paddock from the team's surroundings: his customized Pinarello, an exclusive unit valued at around 20,000 euros.

According to various Valencian media outlets, the theft occurred during the race weekend, in a restricted access area that combines garages, motorhomes, and the private spaces of the teams. An area where, in principle, only accredited personnel are allowed access.

The private security of the Circuit Ricardo Tormo is now analyzing the recordings to try to reconstruct the thief's movements and determine whether it was a theft taking advantage of a lapse in attention or if some locking system had to be forced. It is also being investigated whether there may have been more than one person involved.

Martín himself has already filed a report, although it is not yet clear who will lead the investigation: the circuit's security or police forces.

The stolen bicycle is not just any Pinarello. As we announced a few months ago, Martín debuted a customized Dogma F at the beginning of the year, provided by the Italian brand after the sponsorship agreement he signed as the reigning MotoGP World Champion.

It is a Pinarello Dogma F decorated with a unique pattern inspired by gears and engine parts, with the "Martinator" seal on the upper part of the frame and a genuine high-end setup with the complete Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 group, Princeton CarbonWorks wheels, and the integrated MosT handlebar. Its exclusive character makes it extremely difficult to resell without being recognized.

The investigation continues, and the search focuses on an object that, due to its design and customization, is unlikely to go unnoticed.
