SCOTT Spain has just launched a new comprehensive system to improve the conditions of their customers. It combines customer service and technical service to ensure the satisfaction of SCOTT users before, during, and after their purchase.

The new department is led by Josu Fernández, a passionate about the world of two wheels with over 12 years of experience in sales, customer service, and technical service in different BM Sportech brands. The department includes new faces who join the experience of Miguel Peña and Fran Huerta to complete the team.
