Orbea Rise 2026: debuts RS Control System, models and prices
The Orbea Rise 2026 arrives to consolidate its status as one of the benchmarks in lightweight eMTBs, maintaining the same platform introduced a year ago and adding as a great novelty the RS Control System in the most advanced setups, in addition to a completely renewed range.
The Orbea Rise 2026 exclusively introduces the RS Control System
A year ago, Orbea revolutionized its flagship lightweight full power eMTB with the arrival of a new Rise platform. A model that completely redesigned the carbon frame, improved stiffness, increased travel, and introduced the Rider Synergy Gen2 in the Shimano EP8 motors, reaching up to 85 Nm of torque. All this with new 420 and 630 Wh batteries, more autonomy, and the same philosophy as always: "Less E, more bike". The Rise was presented in two versions - SL (140 mm) and LT (150 mm) - and demonstrated that an eBike could feel like a traditional MTB, but with an extra natural power and superior autonomy.

Now, the new Orbea Rise 2026 maintains this reference platform intact, but takes a step further in technological integration with the arrival of the RS Control System in the highest-end setups. This ecosystem connects motor, controller, display, and seatpost in a single system, simplifying the cockpit and adding exclusive intelligent functions.
The RS HMI controller integrates motor and seatpost control, with options such as Super Boost (maximum power for 15"), quick switch between RS/RS+ profiles, or intelligent seatpost modes (Ready-to-Drop and Partial Drop). All with a minimalist LED display that shows battery level and assistance with unprecedented precision.
The new MC10 RS Smart Dropper seatpost completes the package: lighter, with adjustable travel in 5 mm steps and internal sensors that allow fixing intermediate positions or activating the drop later. All powered by the bike's main battery, without external systems.
