New Bontrager Line Pro 30 wheels in carbon and aluminum: more absorption, less fatigue, and more resistant
Bontrager has just introduced its new Line Pro 30 carbon mountain bike wheels and Line Comp 30 aluminum wheels, a completely revamped development that aims to improve vertical absorption, control, and reliability on the most demanding trails.

Bontrager Line Pro 30 wheels gain 13% more absorption in the front and 11% in the rear
The new wheels are aimed at trail and enduro bikes, being compatible with models from the brand such as the Trek Fuel, Slash, or Rail, among others.
The big news is the reduced rim profile to 23.5 mm, which in the carbon model offers +13% vertical absorption in the front wheel and +11% in the rear, compared to the previous generation. This translates into greater ability to filter impacts and vibrations, better control, and less fatigue on long trail or enduro rides.

Bontrager engineers used finite element analysis (FEA) to reinforce the most critical points of the rim and thus ensure greater durability and impact resistance, even in extreme conditions.
Shared technology in carbon and aluminum
Both the Line Pro 30 and Line Comp 30 incorporate:
- 29 mm internal width, optimized for trail and enduro tires.
- Offset Spoke Bed system, which improves the angle of the spokes and lateral stiffness.
- Wider and reinforced side walls, to reduce the risk of pinch flats.
- Redesigned Tubeless Ready configuration, which facilitates the mounting of Bontrager and other brand tires.
- Rapid Drive 108 hubs with 28 round spokes, 6 bolts, and Boost standard.
The carbon Line Pro 30 wheels are part of Bontrager's Carbon Care Wheel Loyalty Program, which offers free repair or replacement during the first two years in case of damage during real use. In addition, they have a lifetime warranty for the first owner, reinforcing confidence in their durability.
