Lubricate precisely and quickly with this innovative dispenser
3D printing technology is increasingly spreading in all areas, producing tremendously ingenious accessories such as this lubricating oil dispenser designed by the RotaLuber brand.
RotaLuber, the most effective way to lubricate your chain
Lubricating the chain is a theoretically simple task that, however, is often not done properly as the oil ends up depositing on the sides of the chain or is applied in excessive amounts. In both cases, the result is the same, dirt adheres to the chain creating the typical black clumps that, in addition to reducing transmission efficiency, create an abrasive mixture that reduces the chain's lifespan.

As few people are careful enough to apply just a drop of lubricant, link by link, on its inner side, which would be the optimal way to lubricate a chain, RotaLuber has designed a curious dispenser that lubricates correctly but in a much simpler way.
The RotaLuber dispenser is made up of a piece created through 3D printing with an external guide that embraces the chain while a small toothed wheel with perforations between its teeth communicates with an oil reservoir and gradually pours its contents link by link as we turn it.
Compatible with 10 to 12-speed transmissions, the RotaLuber is easily placed on the chain to perform the operation. A lubrication that, in addition to being done in the cleanest and most effective way, also has an extra benefit as it saves lubricant by pouring exactly one drop per link.
The RotaLuber is marketed through the brand's own website, with a price of $39.95, approximately €35, although, being a brand from the United States, we must consider the extra customs charge that may be incurred due to the well-known tariff war.
