Cullell dominates in Sabiñánigo with Dascalu climbing up to the podium, Teocchi wins in the women's category
The Shimano Super Cup Massi 2026 experienced one of its key events in the calendar in Sabiñánigo, featuring a high-level international race and a demanding circuit that once again made a difference. In this context, Jofre Cullell and Chiara Teocchi took the victory after two very different but equally decisive performances. Both also come out strengthened in the overall championship standings.
Jofre Cullell wins after a great comeback from Vlad Dascalu
The men's race was practically decided from the first lap. Cullell took advantage of his good position on the grid to set a high pace from the start, with the clear intention of preventing riders like Vlad Dascalu, who was delayed at the start, from easily entering the race.

Only Antoine Philipp was able to follow him in the early stages, but the key move came before the halfway point when Cullell launched a new change of pace that left him completely alone at the front. From there, he managed the lead confidently on a circuit that rewarded both power and technique.

Not even a fall without consequences altered his performance. Behind, Dascalu was climbing positions to secure second place, although he never threatened the Spanish rider's victory at any moment.
Cullell crossed the finish line with a time of 1:12:34, marking a solid victory that also places him as the new leader of the overall standings.

Teocchi triumphs in a sprint duel
The women's race had a completely different script. From the early laps, Chiara Teocchi and Vida López set the pace and opened a gap over the rest of the competitors, forming a duo at the front that collaborated to maintain the advantage.

Behind, riders like Yana Belomoina, Line Burquier, and Marta Cano tried to organize the chase, but they never managed to significantly reduce the gap.
With no decisive attacks between the two leaders, everything was resolved in the final lap. The outcome came down to a sprint, where Teocchi, who had carried much of the race's weight, managed to win by a narrow margin.
The victory not only confirms her as one of the strongest riders at the start of the season but also allows her to take the lead in the overall classification.
